Our policy regarding transaction cancellations and refunds.At SkillQuiz, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and secure financial ecosystem for all our players. Please review our policies regarding game entries, wallet deposits, and withdrawals below.
1. Game Entry Fees
Participation in our paid arenas and tournaments requires an entry fee. Once a user successfully joins a game room and the entry fee is deducted from the wallet, it is strictly non-refundable. This strict policy ensures fairness, as our systems immediately allocate a server spot and process your participation in real-time.
Exceptions for Technical Failures: If a game room or tournament is abruptly cancelled by SkillQuiz due to internal server crashes, critical technical glitches, or unscheduled emergency maintenance during a live match, the deducted entry fee will be fully refunded to your wallet. Please note that this exception does not apply to a user's personal internet disconnections or device failures.
2. Deposit Refunds
Funds added to the SkillQuiz Wallet are intended exclusively for gameplay. If you have mistakenly deposited funds, you may request a refund back to your original payment source, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is initiated within 24 hours of the original transaction.
- No portion of the deposited amount has been utilized to participate in any game or tournament.
- Note: Standard payment gateway processing fees may be deducted from the final refunded amount.
3. Withdrawal Policy
Verified winnings can be withdrawn directly to your linked bank account. Once a withdrawal request is initiated and processed by our system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the user. Successful withdrawals typically reflect in your bank account within 1-3 business days, depending on standard banking hours and clearance cycles.
4. Cancellation of Account
Users reserve the right to stop using the platform and close their accounts at any time. However, any remaining "Unutilized" deposit balance or "Winnings" balance must be fully withdrawn (subject to our standard withdrawal minimums and KYC rules) prior to requesting a permanent account closure.
5. Chargebacks and Bank Disputes
Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the user through their bank or credit card provider after successfully depositing and utilizing funds on the Platform will be treated as a severe breach of our Terms and Conditions. Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate, permanent account suspension, and SkillQuiz reserves the right to recover the disputed amounts from any existing Winnings or Unutilized wallet balances.
